Overnight Oats & Chia Pudding

Perfect for those days you don’t have much time for breakfast! 👍

Ingredients:
-1/3 cup oats
-2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla)
-1 tbsp agave nectar (or honey)
-2 tbsp chia seeds
-1 banana, mashed
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method:
1. Mix ingredients together.
2.Cover in a bowl & refrigerate overnight.
3. In the morning, top with Greek yoghurt & berries or other toppings such as peanut or almond nut butter.
