- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp Lime or lemon juice
- Add all ingredients to a blender & blitz until combined and smooth.
- Serve with a chicken based meal as above or use as a dip.
