For those days it’s too hot for your big bowl of porridge! 😉
-1 scoop whey protein
-1/2 cup blueberries
-1 cup strawberries
-100-200ml almond milk
1. Cut 1/4 piece off the banana and set aside. Save 1-2 strawberries and set aside as well.
2. Add the banana, blueberries, strawberries, 1/2 the almond milk, protein powder & ice to the blender and turn on.
3. Depending on desired consistency, add more ice to thicken or more almond milk to thin down.
4.Pour into bowl, top with remaining banana and strawberries and enjoy!
*To increase the protein content even further you can add some greek yogurt as well which will also thicken the mixture 🙂
