Following on from the huge support that I’ve received from everybody so far, firstly I’m overwhelmed and very gracious of the response and secondly I’m even more motivated to make Caloriesandcarbs as relevant to you as possible.
I’m sure you’ll all agree that when we begin a new journey, it’s our goals and our dreams that push us to make the first few steps towards achieving “the new me”.
However, once we start, we sometimes find ourselves caught up in the midst of all those big dreams and goals wondering about the path of our long term goal. Is what I’m doing correct? Am I training the right way? Am I eating correctly? Will I achieve my goal? What’s my plan?
Like me embarking on this journey, at the beginning, I needed to get back to basics. I needed to sit down and think about my goals and objectives and answer the burning question of “What do I want to achieve myself?” Just like us all beginning our new journey, whatever it may be, we need to be clear on our goals otherwise we lose our focus and commitment on our path to success.
So I pass the question to you, “What do you want to achieve?”
