Had literally about 15 minutes today so instead of nothing I said I’d work on my core which is in no way as strong as it was before!!
This session was quick but effective.
Some clients (most) come to me asking how do they lose their stomach, or “I just want to lose this” showing me their lower abdomen.
You cannot spot reduce fat. No matter how many sit ups you do. You are not going to lose that fat around your abs. You may strengthen your core, but it won’t lose the fat in order for those abs to show, unfortunately.
The most popular statement in the fitness industry: Abs are made in the kitchen. And they are. Whether you like it or not.
A mix of high intensity exercise, some weights & a healthy diet will get you those abs!
But be patient-think about how long it took you to put that weight on around your abdomen before you give up!
