Egg White Oats

The simple addition of egg whites to your morning porridge increases the protein content & gives it a more creamy consistency.



What you need:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 2 egg whites

Toppings ideas:

  • Banana & Peanut Butter
  • Chocolate square (70% or more) & strawberries
  • Mixed nuts & honey
  • Fruit compote


  1. Heat the oats & liquid on a medium heat until they begin to bubble.
  2. Whisk egg whites.
  3. Remove from the heat & stir in the egg whites.
  4. Place back on the heat & stir for an extra 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat & top with chosen ingredients.
