Two words….Colouring Books. Amazing! haha. I jumped on the bandwagon for the craic & I’m loving it 😀
I spent 2 hours colouring in & listening to music, not thinking about anything. The perfect way to zone out!
So why don’t you take some time out (you don’t necessarily have to buy a colouring book 😛 ) but do find something that allows you to switch off from all your thoughts and daily stresses.
Whether that’s having a bath, going for a massage, taking a yoga or meditation class, reading a book, getting your nails done or even just turning your phone/laptop off for an hour.
Your health is more than just your exercise & food habits, we all need some ‘me-time’ :D.
